Ciara also posted a video of her and Russell in which Russell announced 'she said yes' and Ciara said, 'I'm so happy' and showed off her ring.

We are so happy for them!!! Ever since they announced they were not having sex in their relationship, we have been counting the days and months when these two will get married. They have taken the first step.
