One of Nigeria's leading food company, La Casera was reported to have terminated the contract of about 700 regular workers and 800 casual workers last week.
the case has taken another turn as the apex industrial court in the country National Industrial Court (NIC), Lagos division has restrained the management of La Casera company PLC.
with this ruling the action of the management terminating the employment of its staff has been nullified.
The 1500 workers can return to their jobs
