It's been a distracting time for Justin Bieber lately.

Not only has he split from on/off love Selena Gomez, but he was involved in a minor car incident last week to boot.

However, the star has been keeping himself focused by keeping fit - and continued to do so on Sunday as he enjoyed a hike in the hills around Los Angeles on his own.

The Where Are You Now singer, 24, took to the roads in a white T-shirt and black sporty shorts, and white and red trainers.

The tee didn't last long on his body, however, with Justin whipping it off in the Sunday afternoon heat, revealing his heavily-inked torso.

The pop hunk strolled along, showing off his athletic frame, his blonde locks scraped back behind his head.

Justin looked like he'd worked up a sweat as he headed up the steep road in the California early evening sunshine.

The Sorry singer was seen happily indulging in a game of soccer on Saturday afternoon, having been in the auto incident just the night before.

The Love Yourself singer moved without impediment during the match, often sprinting for the ball and engaging in fearless tackles on opponents. 

At one point the heartthrob chest bumped a teammate in triumph.

After the game was over, the Canadian singer posed for a team photo, lying on the grass in front of his Playa Champions League teammates.

Bieber escaped injury late on Friday night when his vehicle was hit from behind. 

Justin's precious Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon was rear-ended by a white Range Rover on a mid-evening drive. The aftermath was captured on social media by a Twitter user.

Shortly after the collision police were seen on the scene to make sure everything was going smoothly between the two involved parties.

According to TMZ late Friday night, Bieber was on Sunset Boulevard just before 9PM in West Hollywood when he was rear-ended.

Their sources say that an OnStar system for one of the two SUVs alerted law enforcement to the crash. 

The publication claims that the officers stayed around as Bieber and the other party exchanged information but the police did not file a report.

TMZ's insiders report that there were no injuries from the collision.
